The building proudly achieves Passive House Certification, Living Building Challenge Petal Certification, and Zero Energy Certification, representing a holistic approach to environmental performance and occupant wellbeing. Its thoughtful layout and architectural detailing support accessibility, energy efficiency, and community connection.

Plus Workspace contributed a collection of custom-designed pieces to complement the hub’s contemporary interior. Featured products include Flip Tables, Seoul Lounge, Pop Storage, Disc Base Tables, Toro Task Chairs, Pill Ottomans, YR2 Tables, Pure Loop Sled Chairs, and Chair Trolleys. Each item was selected to balance flexibility, comfort, and long-term durability within a high-performance sustainable environment.
